I started with the video and would not have bought the product except for 2 things. 1. No one else has a group 27 size dual battery box. 2. The video showed me how it would fit when I was looking for a box to fit into the angle iron frame. I received the box but not the extra rubber grommet. I contacted the service desk who took care of me and 3-4 days later I received 2 extra rings. (I'd paid for 1 extra) I did decide to put 1.25 inch steel square tube under the box to make it impossible for someone to cut the screws without a grinder. Rest of install went as expected. I did have trouble with the rubber grommet not staying in the opening and used some rubber cement on it. Ended up only using the one which came with it as the wire from the other side was too short to reach any position without extending, which meant I extended it into the rest of the wires coming it and didn't need to put another hole in the box.i also bought a piece of composite decking for the bottom as I wasn't fond of the plastic shims.

Initially only received one with box and had to call in. Product works as expected but I had to apply rubber cement as wire movement was knocking it out.

Fit as video indicated. I did add 1.25 steel box tube under to make more secure. Love that the box is bigger than the plastic but has a lower profile than the plastic box

Absolutely unacceptable. I was told week to week it was on backorder and then it would ship the next day until I finally got fed up after a month and said screw it terrible service. I will never seek to buy from this company again BUY Amazon.
