Very poor customer service. There was a problem with my order not once but twice. They could not resolve it, and would not even get back to me about it. I will not do business with them again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Poor customer service and never resolved the problems. After I contacted them and talked with them about the issue they didn't resolve the issue. They did not even respond back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else and I certainly won't be doing business with the in the future.

Despite careful reading and a discussion with a customer service representative, the wrong lock set was ordered. The item has been returned for a refund, which is pending.

Great product at a great price! It was shipped fast and received quickly! The only issue I had is that it was shipped to the wrong address! I had left a note on the initial order for it to be delivered to my temporary address! In addition I sent an additional message reiterating my desire for shipping to my temporary address! I confirmed both messages were in the on line documentation for the order! However, it still went the the wrong address with no one home to receive it! Fortunately, I had my neighbors retrieve it after it was delivered! So please pay attention to the extra notes sent with the order! Your online ordering process allows for att hong notes or comments! The people responsible for filling the orders need to pay better attention to the details!

Just what I needed to replace JF1H112N or HC30CK230. Worked great. Included is a new start capacitor. No instructions as to wiring, but Yellow goes to Line Power, Purple to CM (Control Motor?) , Blue and Grey are plugged into capacitor.

The best cleaner we have ever used. It's great for kitchen, bath and all cleaning needs with out the struggle of scrubbing. I also use and recomend it for my sons clothes, as he is a brick & mortar employee. I put a cup in the wash,also using detrergent. I use personal & extra rinse. We have recommended to many friends & family. They end up ordering also.
