Free shipping is good Box looked ok but unboxed and there are lots of dents and broken plastic New bottom replacement door would be nice The dent in the back if it I hope it’s ok to use

The free shipping is good if it didn’t come in a flimsy box. Parts were missing in the first order, had to get a second one to get all the parts. Then one of the bars didn’t fit because the hole was drilled wrong and the pin wouldn’t go through. If the first order had been sent back already I still couldn’t use the hitch, but was able to switch a bar from first order to get a complete hitch

Ordered my hitch, it come but the box was broke open at some point and was missing part of the hitch. Contacted customer service said they would send out another hitch right away as we were getting ready for a trip hitch didn't show up called back it hadn't shipped yet it got here too late we had to use our old hitch which doesn't work very well. Unboxed second hitch and one of the bars is drilled wrong, so couldn't get the pin through to hold the bar in. Since first order was still here and hasn't been recalled yet I was able to swap a bar from that one and get the hitch working . So now I'm still waiting on getting a notice from UPS or Rv Upgrades on picking up the first order which I have re-boxed

Not as easy as the video shown. Real installation is upside down. Not sure I got the filter in exactly as described. I have shoulder replacements and was tedious.

The product came in a damaged box, took out the Solenoid and set on the counter - didn’t realize it was cracked and went to install it and the post broke off. Called for a replacement.

The clerk I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. We ordered a solenoid and it came damaged in the box. The post was cracked. I sent a picture and the clerk is dealing with the manufacturer to get us a replacement.
