The box was intact but 1 gal had been crushed enough to be out of shape (oval) popping the cover and spilling half of the product into the bag. Luckily because it was bagged I was able to recover and use 3/4 of the product to complete the job. This is the second time a gallon has been damaged in shipping. I will no longer order gallon products to my home.

We had decided it was easier and probably more cost efficient to replace the whole toilet instead of trying to find the parts, take the toilet apart and repair. I was happy to find a replacement at a reasonable price with all needed items include. Free shipping was the icing on the cake. Thanks~
