The unit was damaged but the box covering it was not meaning that it was likely damaged during manufacture but was boxed up and sold anyway. The damage does not look severe and I haven't got it installed yet so I'm not sure if it impacted it's operation yet. See picture.

I contacted RVUpgrades needing a replacement for my AC unit. The lady I spoke with took my information and conducted the research to determine exactly which unit had replaced the one I was removing.

Shipping was prompt. Instalation instructions were accurate. Installed myself in about 3 hours on a class c rear wheels on ramps with jack stands. I am a retired 71 year old mechanic. Must have product for an road control of a rv.
