I found the same product for less and RV upgrades looked into it and discover the shipping at the other location was 30.00. RV Upgrades adjusted the price minus the shipping. Very helpful, polite and explained things.

It was a great price but when I received the Slide the board that was in the slide itself the (4) four screws that held it together had striped out, very disappointed in the product for the price. I had to purchase more screws and attach it properly..

I have tried to return a wifi thermostat, but am unable to get a callback with return instructions. I cancelled it before it even shipped, but still no response!

i have sent multiple emails and called Amber on phone requesting a return authorization for a wifi tstat that was shipped. To date, nobody has helped. I will pursue through Paypal at this point.

Central Freights Service was terrible. They did not show up on the day of the scheduled delivery and kept telling me I was the next stop. I ended up staying 2 hours and 15 minutes after work due to them continually saying the truck was almost there. To top it off, Central Freights website went down while I was waiting and I was told that typically in the Houston office that rarely will anyone answer the phone due to being on the Docks. I would suggest using a more organized and reliable shipping company in the future.

I have found many times the prices are comparable or cheaper than anywhere on the internet, including Amazon. I always check here before I order things for my RV. Shipping was not only free but fast. Many times free shipping is snail's pace shipping.
