The product performed as expected. What was most terrific was the service from RVupgrades.com. They shipped super fast, sent me text messages when it shipped, with tracking info., sent me an updated shipping info. (faster arrival), confirmed delivery notice and then a follow up review. I couldn’t have asked or expected better service. + they had the lowest advertised price and had the product in stock. Amazing in this day and age.

The bulldog Jack that was on my trailer was old and bent and I just got tired of cranking and cranking and cranking. I really love the equalizer Jack. It is so fabulous to be able to just push a button and hook up to your horse trailer! Unfortunately it wasn’t the easy 30 minute easy installation that they said it would be. The holes did not match up and I had to take it to a professional installer. After all was said and done with the battery and the installation and the wiring it cost me another $528 to have it completed.

Installation was fairly easy but the cover hangs quite a bit lower than the OEM cover. My trailer has a door that has to open and swing under the A/C and it will not clear enough to open. I contacted Wacko to see if they had run into this problem before or had any ideas about how to make this work but they had not and said the cover could not be altered. It did seem quieter but I had to remove it.
