Excellent product but poor packaging by manufacturer. Package arrived by UPS with box opened and stairs had minor damage. Had to straighten one leg shoe and it also has some scratched paint.

Received as ordered. Nicely engineered and well thought-out functionally. A little disappointed that there were no instructions included in the box. You have to go online, download and print. 30+ pages! Mostly clear, but a few omissions such as "indicators" for water heater and water pump - they call out the wire colors, but don't explain what to do with them. The status LED above the water pump switch does not come on with the pump - Defective board? Then I read on an online forum that the 'indicator" white wire needs to be connected to the pump switch. There is NO MENTION of this in the manual!

Over priced, but works as advertised, it has improved the sound level of my air conditioner greatly. Unfortunately I had to wash all the parts and let them dry outside prior to installing as they reeked of a strong chemical smell. I am planing on purchasing another one for my other A/C but hope it will not smell so bad.

had some difficulty with the web site when ordering but it worked out. I am pleased with the performance of the A/C silencer and have recommended it to my friends. the unit I received smelled terrible when I took out it of the box. It was ok after being washed and air dried outside. Hopefully the next one I order will not reek of chemicals.

For the price of the product I expected to receive the product in good condition in its packaging. If the item would have been left on the truck any longer I might have received an empty box.
