Love the light bar and the service that I have received. I am having to send the light bar back due to the clips not holding the battery in place while in the light bar, but they are taking care of it!

It looked like the item should be here in 2-3 business days, but I couldn't find expected delivery for "free" shipping rate. I chose this site because delivery indicated normal delivery time of 2-3 days. We'll see and I will update rating if in that time frame of decrease rating if it is way out of that time.

We ordered the model that our Motorhome came with. The original hose reel lasted 14+ years. The original foot plate was steel and rusted, the new one is stainless steel. The only drawback with this new one is that this "Glendinning 05505-12-35 Model M Hosemaster RV Fresh Water 12 Hose Reel" did not have the same footprint as the original and the screw holes didn't line up so my husband had to drill new holes for the new hose reel. Other than that it's working perfectly.
