This motor is the exact replacement needed. The old step motor would no longer fully retract, extend or even hold the step from moving. This motor replacement took care of it. I just removed the old one, installed the new one, adjusted nothing. It worked perfectly, like it did when the motorhome was new. The price was less than anywhere else I could find it. It arrived the day before it was promised and very quickly for standard delivery.

On a real computer, I found the part that I needed (frustrating when using my smartphone, and I don't know why that is). Overall, this order was perfect. I have ordered many items from rvupgrades and have never been disappointed. Their selection is very good and prices lower than anywhere else that I have looked. Seems like a very good product at a great price! it came with a couple of dents from shipping, but nothing major. I would prefer that it came with more tie down areas, since hooking up tie downs to other areas may cause the aluminum to tear or dent.
