A couple of questions I had about the products were answered before the order was placed. Items actually arrived faster than expected, but I had to wait for the rain to stop before installing both items. Both items were exactly as expected. Since the Sensar IV was a replacement for a damaged batwing, the installation was very easy, using existing wiring. The Bargman porch light was also a replacement, and was also easy to install and make weather resistant. Looking forward to using both items on an upcoming vacation.

Easy purchase and checkout process. Had a problem with a damaged product received and they sent a replacement right away and took care of the pickup of the damaged product. Good customer service.

I received my door lock very quickly. Th packaging was great and really protected the item from any shipping abuse. I have not had time to install the door lock to see if it fits my Born Free, but it looks like it will replace the old lock
