I purchased the wildcard SAN certificate. It wasn't clear how many sites came with the cert by default and the prices I saw were different between the product page and the order page, (turned out to be cheaper than expected so that was good)

I bought the service for renew. But when I generate the renew CSR on my web server, your system don't allow it. I have to create a new ssl CSR, then your system recognize it. Eventually I lost about 1 month service.
Otherwise the shopping process is very good.
