The process was painless. The sign looks great. But, it easily scratched and was damaged just handling during installation.

The color for the lettering printed very different than what was on the proof and the sign was badly bent.

There was no packaging slip in our order when we received our order. The font text on the backlit vinyl sign did not match the aluminum sign that we ordered, we wanted it to be the same as the aluminum sign. The color on the text on the aluminum sign was yellow, instead of orange like the backlit vinyl sign. Our order also didn't contain our vinyl sign, customer service informed us that that comes separate from our order, it would've been nice to know that.

The sign is grainy. I gave them a high res photo and pdf and they still screwed it up. I'm betting there is almost no human oversight. Go to a local shop and spend a little bit more. Stephen

Quite good. A simple On-line site to oder a sign from. Most difficulty I had was finding a .jpeg file suitable for using in there system. My problem not theirs.
