I have now purchased three signs from this company, and have been entirely satisfied with the end product (quality of signs gets 5 stars). I rate the entire experience as 4 stars because some website navigation is confusing -- e.g., it was challenging to select drill hole position for diamond-shaped signs. Also, jumping thru hoops to "outline fonts" for PDF files seems antiquated (I just make bitmaps of everything and save that as PDF).
