Had to use chat to figure out the placement of my art work and make sure it was going to bleed to the edge like I wanted it to. The Chat person was very nice and helpful. Good experience. I hope the sign i just as good when it gets here.

I did not have the control I used to have from signs.com -- i could not use multiple font sizes and selective italics in my sign for some reason. I was stuck with a single font size and style which did not work for me. Also I did not get the palette of sign background colors I used to have. Strange. Plus the sign was thicker metal than my previous orders, and thicker than I wanted, did not have a stickum option on the back and cost about 40% more. I asked about all this to the company and never heard anything approaching an answer and no hint of a solution. Did the company get purchased by a new owner or something?

Something has changed for the worse from the several signs I previously ordered. Fewer font and colors now, more limited design tool and no stickum back option etc at a 35% higher price. (This is for an aluminum sign) They might have changed suppliers or something.

The printing itself isn't as high quality as other products but from a distance (as this is meant for) it works fine.
