I received the product but the red was a lot lighter than expected. The black was also lighter. As I looked closer, there were pin hole sizes that allowed the white panel to show through reducing the BOLD look that I was going for. The site however was very easy to use and the people are helpful.

Issues at first with sign letters shifted to the right and too close to the edge but customer service rep helped resolve the design issue and sent corrected replacements at no additional cost.
