While the product was fine... HOWEVER, I paid for overnight shipping and placed my order before 2p.m. as per the cut-off to receive it by the following Monday... but I did not receive it until the following Wednesday. Not cool.

The promo code i was give for 10% off and free shipping did not work....AND I submitted my order before 2 p.m. on a Saturday and paid for overnight shipping so I might get it on either the following Monday or Tuesday (if there was no on working on Saturday)... I did not get it until the following Wednesday. Very disappointing!

The sign looked good, but the holes they drilled in the corners were way too big.

The web site was not self explanatory. I had to call the help number to get a color applied to the sign before lettering. I ordered two signs to be made, one was 4' X 2' and the other was 12" X 6". Both signs had 1/4" holes drilled near the corners which was way too big for their intended use. Overall it was a good value and they were quick to get the signs to me.

Packed well and shipped fast. graphics just as I designed. Paint is not deep . One of the letters had a small linear missing area which I will anticipate having to repaint in the future. Drilled easily and did not seem like aluminum. But sturdy and was easily screwed to my metal building with 6 screws. Overall much better than the foam sign I did have there and 1/3 the price of the closest competitor.

The actual product was very nice, just disappointed in the color variation. My selection on the computer order software has a much darker blue color than what was received.

Again, the product was very nice just the color variation from what was on the computer software to what I received was way off. I wanted a darker blue and received a much lighter blue background color. It makes reading the sign from the street harder as the color variation between the lighter blue and white letters is not as pronounced.
