Web site has improved substantially over the last 18 months, it is very good. Customer service with over the phone, and email etc. is a lot worse than 3 years ago. prices have gone up a lot and often we use Kleenrite and other sources because your prices are excessive. We still use you guys if its time sensitive or for certain items. But the 'convenance fee' for that has caused us to take time to look elsewhere. But the people we talk to who simple seem to not care and refuse to take ownership of a genuine problem and help us solve it. That is our main reason, more important than price, that we look elsewhere first now.
