Wanted to explain that 3 rating on price: Life saving equipment like a portable oxygen concentrator should not cost seniors on social security what it does. It's insane. We need universal, single payer healthcare. We need socialized medicine. So sad the richest nation in the world treats its elderly and disabled the way the USA does.

Ben was excellent - made the process easy. He went the extra mile in getting the necessary RX paperwork from the pulmonary clinic, which was delayed a few days by the doctors. He stayed in touch, got promptly back to me with information and made sure it arrived overnight via FedEx when the sale was completed. We talked about what my lifestyle and activities are to make sure my needs will be met. I'm happy

My wife uses oxygen at 2lpm continuous flow while sleeping and 3lpm pulse when exercising. We have been using a 40 pound monster for a year and when we travel it is a pain to lug from the car to the hotel room. We have been looking for something that would fill both needs and found the Liberty2 at Main Clinic. Ben was very helpful and patient in answering our questions.

Ben Sletta may be the best sales person my wife and I have ever dealt with - friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and made sure we had the best product for my needs (Inogen G4). Also satisfied with pricing. We were happy we drove from Minneapolis to the Rochester store to see the products demonstrated and be able to compare them in person.

Dylan was absolutely fantastic to work with! He explained everything perfectly and made the whole process so easy to understand. The product arrived the next day via Fedex and it was very easy to set up and charge. I couldn't be happier with the purchase for my mother and she is very pleased to be able to have a portable Inogen Rove 6 to be able to move around outside the home with.

We purchased my wife's first G4 about 5 months ago. It is very light for her to carry. She has small and large batteries. She uses the 3 liters setting and gets about 1 hour with the small battery and 2 hours with the large battery. We always Carr an extra battery with us in case we stay out longer. Excellent product! Definitely recommend Inogen.

Everything Main Clinic did was great. Helping us get the right equipment for my wife and making sure we got the best price available. However, FedEx was a problem. The unit was supposed to be delivered next day and the FedEx driver went past our house and never attempted to deliver it. Due to this, my wife had to wait another day for her unit. This isn't for Main Clinic's lack of trying.

I am very happy with MainClinic. This is my second Inogen unit purchased from them. They are always "on their game"! Fast, knowledgeable, friendly. They return your phone call almost immediately. Leo has a lot of patience as he put up with me texting and calling him with questions for a couple of days. I was limited to a couple, as I wanted a portable one, but I need to have continuous flow at night. I received my purchase this morning so looking forward to going away for a couple of nights next month. I would definitely recommend as they seem to be very knowledgeable.

It is a real joy to call a business and have a real person answer the phone. A person who knows the product, and can answer your questions and doesn't have to transfer you to someone else where you wait, and wait. After answering my questions and taking my order he encouraged me to transfer to a person in maintenance and told me my call would be taken right away, which it was. This person diagnosed my problem just listening to my machine over the phone. I am 90 and have a hearing loss and find it difficult to communicate when English is the persons second language. Having a person who spoke English and I didn't have to spell every word added to making this an excellent experience.

I called prior to placing my order to make sure that the prescription we had would be ok. Leo was amazing and answered all our questions. Leo asked us to send him the prescription directly, he reviewed it and we were able to place the order with him over the phone in 10 minutes. The oxygen concentrator arrived super fast- the next day- and it works amazing! My mom is thrilled. We also got the promotion offer for the protection/maintenance plan for 655 for 5yrs.
