The narration and virtual guide were okay, if only a little over-exaggerative but no real issues there. Overall, presentation was okay too. The information was relevant, but the estimated time requirement for each module was not accurate. Due to the method of clicking through all of the pages, I found that it took on average 10 or more minutes longer than each module claimed, with some modules needing much more than that in order to complete (even accounting for the disclaimer they put before each module). Ended up taking 13 hours to complete an 8 hour course, and if I had known that I would have likely taken an in-person course and just gotten it done and over with. Some of the questions in the modules and final exam were also either overly simple or needlessly technical, with most questions falling somewhere in the middle (which is okay, it just threw me off with how some of the questions felt like "Gotcha!" questions). Overall, the information was pertinent and important, as I learned things that I had forgotten since driving school but there are some necessary improvements to be made.
