We need these gaskets to perform in some of the most extreme temperatures and they do. Also, easy to clean, reuse, and get a long lasting workload out of them in our closed loop extraction processes.

This is the second product I’ve ordered from USA Lab. The first was a good experience. Unfortunately this time was not. Although the shipping box was not damaged the vacuum pump inside was in poor condition—reminiscent of a rental unit, honestly. It has rust around top, and significant corrosion on the water ports. The vacuum tube had melted into the plastic housing top. The water recirculating valve was clogged with corroded wet gunk so it wouldn’t recirculate water for cooling. One of the caster wheel brackets was bent so it sits crooked. It seems to have been used more than just during initial testing. There are wrench marks on the main plumbing as well as loose bracket screws and rust on internal parts. Perhaps the rust is from residual moisture from testing—it was clearly not dried properly before repackaging. I would expect better condition than this even if it were listed as “used” but it was listed as “new”. Not sure what happened with this one but I’m pretty bummed out. I hope it’s just a fluke and that this isn’t common with their products. -Kyle E.
