I received my order and an extra one which I did not receive. I called customer service to see why I received 2 replacement filters and to make sure I was only charged for the one I ordered. He assured me I was only charged for the 1 I ordered and that it was a mistake in the shipping department. He told me he would send me a shipping label to return the second one but to date I have not received it. Please make sure I receive it so I can return the extra filter. Thank you.

It was easy. I found a brand new filter in the back of my third shelf in emy bathroom. The house was built in 1959! I’m 84 years old, and I have to stand on a step stool to find it.
What were the designers drinking???

I have ordered auto-delivery at least 2 times and never received the filters. I keep having to try to figure out when I last ordered a filter to see if its been 6 months. I love your shower filter cartridge, but your website is not user-friendly. There was no easy way to update the expiration date on my credit card when the refill was due. Furthermore, I want to receive a cartridge every 12 months, not every 6. The only way to do that is to accept the 6 months and then call you to have you change it to 12 months. I've wasted a lot of time on this. This could be avoided with a better system. I called you a while ago and all agents were busy. Now I have to wait for a call back. What a merry-go-round!
