Great service. It would be more effective if the menu structure and prompts were made a little more obvious, by highlighting the next place to click for the once a quarter or once a year user.
In some portions of the program, I've entered all the apparently requested information, yet the "Next Step" or "Finish" button is still greyed out. Frustration is that all of the entries look correct, but nothing else is jumping out on the screen.
It turns out, the small "save" button in the corner needs to be clicked before you the large "Next Step" or "Finish" button becomes available.
Simply make the "Save" button BIGGER AND BRIGHT COLOR if this is all that is needed.
From a business point of view this is obvious, but from a end user point of view, it is not so apparent when you are in the middle of the process. Especially for an infrequent user.
